Three Spires Singers

With David Briggs

Three Spires Singers presents a choral and orchestral concert, with former Truro Cathedral Organist David Briggs returning as both composer and soloist. The main choral work in the programme is Briggs’ Requiem, composed for performance in Atlanta Cathedral in November 2003.

The choir will also sing Fauré’s Cantique de Jean Racine and Charpentier’s Te Deum, and David Briggs will be at the helm of the Cathedral’s celebrated Father Willis organ for Poulenc’s Concerto for Organ, Timpani and Strings.

Three Spires Singers and Orchestra are conducted by Christopher Gray, and soloists include Cheryl Rosevear (soprano), Kieran White (tenor), and Nick Beever (bass).
