Chart topping indie folk band Noah and the Whale wowed the audience when they last played in Cornwall back in 2009. Since then they have gone on to become one of the UK’s most popular acts and they return to the county on Sunday 30 October when they play Truro’s Hall for Cornwall as part of an extensive UK tour.
The continued maturation of Noah and the Whale has been a pleasing thing to follow — from the joyous burst of their debut, Peaceful, the World Lays Me Down, through the lovelorn sobriety of The First Days of Spring, it now reaches a kind of fruition on Last Night on Earth.
