Charlotte is a Chartered Institute of Marketing member with experience across the full marketing mix and within the arts, tourism, heritage and hospitality sectors. A commercially focused and brand orientated marketer, she has led on strategy and tactical marcomms campaigns for a number of high profile brands from Coca-Cola to Les Miserables and St Aubyn Estates/St Michael's Mount to the Royal Opera House. She has led on organisational cultural change programmes, launched many high profile brand roll-outs, overseen CRM and ecommerce integrations and launched several major international websites. At Hall for Cornwall, she oversees all marketing, sales and communications functions and since closure has led the Capital fundraising team, driving the delivery and success of private fundraising targets.Go Back
