Collections Officer
Fixed term until 31 December 2020
Full time (37.5 hours a week) part time job shares and secondments and will be considered
£ 25,000 per annum

On 2 June 2018, we closed to embark on the biggest transformation in our history – to ensure we can open up the power of performance to more people than ever and allow the next generation to flourish.
We’re looking for a brilliant Collections Officer to help us reveal the history of our building and to record forever the fascinating stories of all those who have come here down the centuries.
 
The person we’re looking for will have…
A passion for heritage - supported by a sound knowledge of archive collation and recording-keeping best practice
Experience of enthusing and directing a volunteer workforce
The ability to create engaging copy and resources to support story-telling and learning across all ages
A we’re all in values-led approach - passion, empathy, grit and gusto in everything you do
It would be great if you…
Understand the challenges of engaging and inspiring community groups
Love theatre and the creative arts.

We are a small but ambitious team, pulling together to realise a state-of-the-art theatre for Cornwall
Based in the heart of Truro, we work in a creative and collaborative environment
