HOW TO GUIDE – Booking a Wheelchair User position with or without a free Access Companion
Go to https://www.hallforcornwall.co.uk/my-account/ and log in to your registered account
If you have not yet registered for online access bookings, you can do so here. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your registration to be processed.
Go to the Hall for Cornwall event of your choice and select Book Now on your chosen performance date
The wheelchair and companion seats will automatically become available for you to book (See Row E in image):
Available positions depend on existing bookings and Box Office holds.

Bookable Wheelchair positions (accompanying companion seat in brackets):
Stalls – Row E2 (E1), E4 (E5), E36 (E35), E38 (E39), N8 (N9), R33 (R34), S9 (S8), S11 (S12), S28 (S27), S30 (S31)
Circle Slips – SB9 (SB8), SB41 (SB42) – access via lift

Once you move to the next screen, please adjust the ticket type from Full Price to Wheelchair User and Access Companion to ensure the discount applies – PLEASE ENSURE THE WHEELCHAIR USER IS IN THE WHEELCHAIR POSITION AND THE COMPANION IS IN THE COMPANION SEAT AS LISTED ABOVE
If you are a wheelchair user that does not require a companion to enable you to attend but still want to book for an additional person to sit beside you, you can use the companion seat, but leave the ticket type as Full Price.
In the basket your access companion ticket will automatically discount when booked alongside a wheelchair ticket:
Either go and book more tickets or checkout to complete your booking!
If you require more than two access companion tickets on a 1:1 basis for the same performance, please call Box Office to Book.
