We want you to enjoy a great night out at the theatre and have partnered with UK Theatre and become an accredited See It Safely partner. 

Our covid courtesy measures ensure everyone feels as safe as possible. We review these measures in line with government guidance and make sure that our theatre continues to offer the safest possible environment.

Theatres across the country have been pioneers of Covid safety and we are collaborating with all of them to implement the See it Safely protocols which will ensure we keep it that way.

What will happen at Hall for Cornwall?

We will do our utmost to ensure you feel safe and will have roaming staff on hand to support and answer any questions or concerns. 


Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice.

 

There are sanitising stations located throughout the building.

 

There will be regular enhanced cleaning of the auditorium and other public areas.

 

You will be able to pre-order drinks, use cashless payment methods and receive e-tickets for contactless service.

 

There will be staff on hand to support and answer your questions. We will continually review measures in line with industry and government guidance.

Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice. 

Cashless Venue

Hall for Cornwall is a cashless venue and we no  longer accept cash payments. All purchases can be made using contactless or card payment methods - – it’s quicker, reduces contact and is more secure.

Cleanliness

There will be regular enhanced cleaning of all surfaces and contact points across our building, hand sanitiser will be available throughout the building.

Covid Passports 

We will not require proof of negative tests or of vaccination status at this time, as per current government guidance.

What are your return and refund policies, particularly around COVID related cancellations?

Under normal circumstances, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show for a small exchange fee. If swapping to higher priced seats you may be required to pay the difference.

COVID return and refund policy

Should a show be cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID we will offer an exchange, credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

Following changes to government guidance, we are no longer offering automatic returns and exchanges for customers testing positive for COVID but may exchange tickets for alternative performances subject to availability and at the discretion of the manager. Please note that we can only make changes to your booking if we have advance notice ahead of your visit. Credit and exchanges cannot be made retrospectively or if you notify us after the scheduled performance has passed.
