Speech Bubbles Practitioner Workshop

Drama and Creative Practitioner Workshop 6pm – 8:30pm – Truro City Council Municipal Building Boscawen Street.

This workshop is for drama/creative practitioners looking to develop a more communication-aware practice when working with children.

Led by Adam Annand from Speech Bubbles, this session provides the basics for practitioners interested in using the Speech Bubbles approach when working creatively with young children. The workshop includes:
Introduction to Speech, Language and Communication needs, underpinning theories that enhance drama practice to support communication, confidence and creativity, and games and activities that form the core of the Speech Bubbles practice.

Take away new ideas, approaches and knowledge that you can use in your practical sessions with children.

HfC’s Get Creative programme is looking to recruit two inspirational Drama/Theatre practitioners to work with us over a year, to deliver the Speech Bubbles Programme, this workshop provides an introductionary session for people interested in the position.
