Are you an Artistic Director or Self-Producing artist holding it all together – shaping the creative, and making the work happen?  

You might be performing, directing, or choreographing, while also booking the tour, running the marketing, raising funds, managing partners, juggling contracts, schedules, and a never-ending to-do list. It’s a lot – and you don’t have to do it alone.  

This session is a space to connect with others across Cornwall who are navigating the same balancing act. Come to share ideas, swap skills, talk through challenges, and find practical ways forward together. 

Whether you’re working solo or as part of a small (but mighty) team, this is a chance to step out of the day-to-day and into a supportive peer network.  

We’re aiming to meet quarterly, with opportunities for shared training shaped by what the group needs over the year ahead.
