Booking Access Tickets Online
We are pleased to now be able to offer online booking to all customers, including those with access requirements such as wheelchair users or those who require an access companion to accompany them on their visit.
We can now provide the following services to eligible customers, following self-certification:
- Online booking of wheelchair spaces & companion seats
- Online booking and discount for free access companion tickets
To first access this facility, there are a few steps we need you to take. However, once our team have set you up on our system and confirmed your eligibility, returning customers will be able to log in to their online account for all subsequent access bookings. Please follow the steps below to confirm eligibility and start your booking:

Our team will process your self-certification application within 2 weeks and add permanent eligibility to your online account. If you need to make any bookings in the meantime, please give the Box Office a call on 01872 262466 during opening hours.
