I hold a Membership – can I also purchase ticket protection?

Yes, you can. Membership benefits (alongside VIP priority booking and ticket discounts) allow flexibility when booking, you can return your tickets for account credit up to 3 days before a performance, no questions asked.

Ticket protection covers you beyond those 3 days and covers specific last minute unavoidable scenarios. When you have every intention of attending the performance but something goes wrong. As long as it is covered by the policy terms, you will receive a full refund including fees.

Membership & ticket protection can be used together to cover you for all eventualities!

All tickets are sold subject to our standard terms and conditions. Tickets are non-refundable. To qualify, every ticket for a performance must be covered by protection.

If you cannot register the LFT with the NHS, you will need to seek a private test provider.
