ASONE Hub presents The Big Sing

Teachers, do your students love to sing? Come and join in this unique singing experience where the performers are also the audience! Musically supported and led by members of the fabulous Cornwall Youth Choir, alongside the Big Sing secondary schools band this event is delivered by Angela Renshaw and Matt Douglas. This year will feature one or two special guests, and all songs will be signed.
Primary, Secondary, SEN and out of school education settings can sign up for this popular event.
Bring your enthusiasm and be ready to sing along with 1200 others!
On The Day:
• Registration 10:30am Check-in at Hall for Cornwall
• Rehearsal 11am – 12.30pm Kick off the day with a rehearsal of seven well-known songs
• Lunch 12.30pm – 1.30pm Bring your own lunch to enjoy during the break
• Performance 1.30pm – 2.30pm Showcase your singing talents and perform to each other from 1:30pm onwards
We’ll send out song lyrics to all schools taking part so you can rehearse in school. On the day we’ll project lyrics onto a huge screen so there’s no need to bring lyric sheets.
A few songs will be taught on the day, plus see the return of Cornwall’s Super Singing Stars and Talented Teacher Time.
Registration Details
• Each ticket covers a maximum class of 35 children and 4 adults
• Booking Fee: £40 per ticket
• Payment is to be made on a school credit card and needs to be completed by a registered ASONE Hub user.
Due to high demand, please only book for your school if you can commit to the date.

Please Note: Due to space constraints, this event is not open to parents/friends as spectators.
Unlike several of ASONE’s vocal strategy projects, there are no workshop visits provided as part of this event.
