Creative Writing and Wellness Day

A moment to pause, a moment to renew, a moment to reflect.

Husa‘s Kitty Billings (Yoga Teacher) is coming together with Writer Rebecca Tantony to curate a day for you and your creative wellness.

Through movement and writing, we will explore all the ways we can nurture our creative selves. Starting with a fluid and calming yoga class, followed by a guided creative writing session, where we will lean into language as a tool to understand our creative expression. The morning will include other forms of creative expression through writing and exploring techniques to recharge and renew the nervous system, resetting after stress and recharging our capacity to create.

No prior yoga or writing experience is required. There will be no pressure to share your writing with the group, but the opportunity will be there if you would like.
