The class will be an alchemy of the eastern and western breath and movement practices. Starting from our base of existence, our breath, we will move organically into movement and explore floor-based movement and patterns of technique involving changing perspectives and spatial relationships. Phrases will be broken down and examined to understand the source of the movement.
