A movement session for theatre makers, actors, physical performers and dancers.

Working with physicality and ensemble movement games, join Huas‘s Sally Knight for a relaxed and playful session to get the body moving and the creative energy flowing. Work on physical character and movement techniques for ensemble, drawing on a range of practices.

Prior to joining the HfC team, Sally worked for two decades as a dancer, physical performer, choreographer, movement director, actor-movement trainer, and pilates teacher.
