Handy information to help plan your school trip for Aladdin

• The show’s running time will likely be around 2 hours, including an extended 30 minute interval so children can have lunch in their seats.
• The coach parking is next to Marks and Spencers – just across Lemon Quay which is pedestrianised. A less-than-two-minute, road-free walk from bus to your seats!
• The show is suitable for all ages. Expect special effects including haze, smoke, flashing lights, pyrotechnics and occasional loud sounds.
• We have excellent accessible seating options (including 13 wheelchair positions) for those with additional needs. Simply ask our Box Office team for their recommendations.
• We provide you with a seating plan in the week before your visit and walk groups to their seats for a stress-free arrival.
• We pride ourselves on giving you an excellent experience throughout. We’re on hand for everything from pre-performance questions to bringing you booster seats to finding the nearest facilities.
• The performance on Mon 15 Dec is a relaxed performance which allows for audience noise and movement along with adjustments to lighting, sound and pyrotechnic effects for those with sensory sensitivities.
• There are plenty of toilets across each level.
• You can pre-order interval ice creams at only £2 each when booked and paid for in advance! These will be brought to your seats. Available on the day for £3.10 each.
